Stephen Perkins
It is our hearts desire to see local churches started and strengthened across America and since 2008 that is what we have been doing. I believe that the only way to reach the world for Christ is through the local church. As of 2019 we have worked with 30 new church plants and 20 replants.
Now more than ever we are in desperate need of strong churches that have a great desire to reach the lost with the glorious gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Our family has knocked on tens of thousands of doors in America and shared the gospel with thousands of people. America is the greatest mission field in all the world and now is the time to reach the lost. The fields in America are white unto harvest waiting to hear about Jesus.
We have given our lives to travel the nation and help church planters and struggling churches. In Acts chapter 13 we find Paul and Barnabas going to plant churches and they had John also to their minister. Though the apostle Paul started many churches he never did it alone. Even in Acts chapter 18 when Paul is in Corinth alone there is no evidence of a New Testament church being started until Silas and Timotheus arrive and Paul is “pressed in the spirit”. Then he “testifies” rather than “reasoned” and finally turns to the Gentiles and the church of Corinth is started. The New Testament pattern for church planting includes more than one man and his family. What ever the need and where ever the need we will follow our Lord from sea to shining sea!!

March Report
Since our last letter we have had some unusual challenges and some
wonderful blessings. We have a very busy year scheduled and are eager
to see what God will do throughout this year. We did make a trip to New York in January to take Leah to school at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology). It took us a week to travel up to New York and get her settled as well as preach on Sunday for one of our faithful supporting churches, Seneca Bible Baptist Church. The fellowship with our dear friends there, Pastor Fenton and the church was and is always wonderful. We saw God work through the preaching and hearts were touched according to the testimony of the people. Upon return we had sickness hit our home once again this winter. Kristi and I rarely get sick but this winter was an exception for sure. I struggled with fevers of 103 or above for a week but thanks be to God for healing and his strengthening of my body. God’s blessings were seen in several areas. One of these was to be home for our home church’s missions conference. The preaching was spot on and the missionaries were all an encouragement. God wonderfully worked through our church to increase our faith promise missions commitment to $136,280! Another blessing was being able to get some needed work done to our truck with the help of one of our new missionary’s son, Ethan Brown. He helped me with some wiring for our GPS and phones, install air bags on the back as well as help with two of our daughter’s cars. Praise the Lord for those who are willing and able. As I mentioned in our last letter, we are starting the process of replacing our travel trailer with, hopefully, a fifth wheel. We have had one supporting church contact us about helping. We do not know how God is going to work in this situation, it may take a month and it may take a year, but we are trusting him.
Because of Calvary,
Stephen & Kristi Perkins
Please Pray For Souls to be saved!
