GATOR BUG'S HOME PAGE
Thank you for visiting my page. I am new at web design so if you have any suggestions, let me know. My name is Gaylen Bullion, but I am known as Gator Bug by most. I am a Born Again Christian, saved the day after my 20th birthday. With 12 years in the military, I am a patriot. I didn't join for the education or the benefits, I joined to serve my country. In March of 2010 I went blind, but on August 7, 2012, Dr. David Dragon removed a severe cataract from my eye. Because of the severity it was a very tricky surgery, but with the great skill of Dr. Dragon, and the prayers for God to guide Dr. Dragons hands, the surgery was a success, and today my eye is 20/50. With my glasses, it is almost 20/20. Praise God the Father, God the Son, (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit, (who is a person, not a ghost) for His amazing grace. On this site, I will tell about things that I do, and possibly have a page for each. Please bare with me, as I have more to add. I read something that ought to make everyone think. "With hurricanes, tornadoes, fires out of control, mud slides, flooding, severe thunderstorms tearing up the country from one end to another, and with the threat of new epidemics, and terrorist attacks; are we sure this is a good time to take God out of the Pledge of Allegiance, or out of our lives? 'This is a site in progress.
Thought For The Week
I preached a sermon at the nursing home recently, and as I was studying for it I came across something that I had never noticed before. The Bible tells us in Matthew 12:18 Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles
If there was a time in your life that you realized that you were a sinner, and realized that hell was the cost of that sin, so you asked Jesus to save you, not the church or works, then you have been chosen to be a servant. God chose you to serve others, not to be a big shot. He also tells us in Matthew 25:23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord. And in Matthew 25:26 His Lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
So we see, that there are two kinds of servants. So if you truly are a servant, then let me ask you; What kind of servant are you? A good and faithful servant, or a wicked and slothful servant. Now remember before you answer, Jesus is our standard, and God said, “be ye holy, as I am holy." Think about it for a while, and we might just find that we have room to grow.
